High/Low-Strain Dynamic Tester for Foundation Piles (PIT-Pile Integrity Tester) is mainly used in high strain pile 


testing and low strain (transient) pile testing.

Main features:

1.An integrated sunlight-readable display providing better display effect than the latest mobile phone is used, which is unique and unprecedented in the industry.


2.Equipped with full overlay display function, providing more visualized observation of the consistency and stability of the signal.  


3.Low-strain RS mode and PIT mode are operable on the same machine.


4.Split-screen display of the velocity, displacement, strain, velocity/displacement and Case curve,shows the change of each signal clearly.


5.Automatic realize single hit, continuous hit and monitoring mode.Monitoring the deformation of strain sensor in real time.


6.The maximum pile monitoring speed can up to 120hammers/min.


7.Case method analysis can be realized on site ,and display f-zv curve and traveling wave curve.


8.24-bit high-precision and low-noise ADC with built-in digital filter, achieving high SNR, high reliability and low noise.


9.Adopts capacitive touch screen instead of touch pen, easy to operate and more suitable for the habits of operators.


10.Data is saved in memory and backed up by memory card. Large amount data is stored more safety and reliable.


11.Aluminum-magnesium alloy case, imported connectors, higher strength and stronger anti-interference.


12.Built-in li-batteries DC power supply can workfor more than 8 hours.


13.The data acquired on site is uploaded in real time through Bluetooth.
