Q:What about the product quality? A: Each machines must be carried out 100% quality examination and test before shipping and delivery. Machines are produced to standard; We supply English operation manual and video(updating) to show installation & operation. We can arrange engineer to train at customers company if required. Q:how about the package? A: For small light items, packed in carton box; For normal and heavy items, we use solid plywood case or plywood pallet. For over heigth items, we use horizontal packing; All the packing we are considering for our customers to ensure machine in good condition upon receipt.
