TBT-0620B-3 dynamic viscometer is made referring to ASTM D2171 Standard Test Method for Viscosity of Asphalts by Vacuum Capillary Viscometer.
It consists of touch screen computer, constant temperature bath, heating tube, stirring motor, etc.
It can hold four vacuum capillaries at the same time and is equipped with a vacuum decompression system for experiments.
It is used to determine the dynamic viscosity of sticky petroleum asphalts by vacuum capillary viscometer.

1. Equipped with computer industrial control integrated machine control system, automatic temperature control, accurate measurement, and error correction function;
2. The system has the function of entering capillary constants, unlimited number, and can be directly called out at any time for testing. For timing results exceeding 60s, the dynamic viscosity value is automatically calculated, and the relevant data is displayed in the form of forms and documents;
3. The heating device is a disc heating tube, and the motor stirs the convection to make the heating uniform;
4. The vacuum device is controlled on and off by the solenoid valve, and 4 separate switches are set for separate control;
5. Built-in vacuum device, integrated design, vacuum pressure can be set, and constant pressure is automatically controlled;
6. The test results can be saved or directly printed via USB connection to the printer;
7. There are four test holes, and four sample tests can be carried out at the same time;
8. A lighting lamp is installed under the water bath for outdoor observation.
