TBT-4508W Bitumen Ductility Tester is used to determine the distance to which it will elongate before breaking when two ends of a briquette specimen of the material are pulled apart at a specified speed and at a specified temperature, which is named as the bitumen ductility, and also it can measure the ductility of the coal tar pitch.
It is a multi-purpose device that integrated asphalt elongation, asphalt force measurement ductility and asphalt elastic recovery capability.
The instrument is composed of sliding drive mechanism, refrigeration heating system, force measuring device and electrical control system with industrial control panel, through its automatic temperature control, frequency conversion speed regulation, stretching length and other operations to complete the test (stretching length data can be remote locked).

1. Industrial touch screen microcontroller;
2. The tank is provided with a separation layer, external circulation along the tank wall, to ensure the temperature control accuracy. Realize internal and external double circulation;
3. The sink is made of stainless steel, the screw is external, and the straight slide rail is used for positioning, no shaking, smooth transmission;
4. The refrigeration system is made separately from the inside of the frame, and the constant temperature water tank is made separately from the water tank. There is no vibration when working, and the double circulation pump is used for water re flux, so that the water temperature in the tank is more uniform. Refrigeration system adopts imported compressor, refrigeration fast, reliable performance;
5. The drawing speed is stepless regulated by imported frequency conversion governor, and the drawing length is displayed on industrial control screen, which can be clearly observed and locked by remote control.
6. Equipped with 3 sets of force measuring devices, can carry out three parallel force measuring experiments;
7. RS232 & USB cable interface for data transmission;
8.Micro printer for test data printing.
