TBTDW-30 adopts advanced design, rigid structure and touch screen controller.
Its 30liter large capacity can be used to produce samples for performing tests of Marshall stability, Gyratory compaction, slab compaction for wheel tracker etc.
It is essential that the preparation of a bituminous mixture is carried out at a reference temperature and a limited time period in order to reduce mechanical degradation of the aggregates.

1. It adopts industrial touch screen display control, which is easy to operate and can save working parameters.
2. The intelligent control software can display the relevant data of the mixing process in real time.
3. The mixing temperature can be set arbitrarily between room temperature and 250℃, which meets the temperature requirements of cold mixing, warm mixing and hot mixing.
4. During the mixing process, the temperature sensor monitors the mixing temperature in real time, and the temperature control accuracy is ±1°C.
5. The speed of the mixing paddle (5~35) rpm is stepless speed regulation to meet the mixing requirements of different aggregate gradations and different modified asphalts.
6. It adopted horizontal structure, the mixing pot can be rotated horizontally to facilitate feeding and discharging.
