The Rail fastening system test bench optimizes the computer-control electro-hydraulic servo loading technology and electro-hydraulic pulsatile fatigue loading technology, it’s the latest research and developed achievement with high efficiency, high precision, high reliability, ultra-high performance.  It’s also energy-saving, environmentally friendly railway fastener system performance test equipment.
This is system is mainly used in the laboratory for static stiffness, buckling pressure, longitudinal resistance and fatigue performance tests of high-speed railways, ordinary speed railways, and urban rail transit fastening assembly systems, static, dynamic stiffness, and fatigue of under-rail pads (elastic cushions) test, screw anchor test and other items.

The rail fastening system test bench is based on the technical requirements of high-speed railway fastening system and rail transit fastening system mechanical performance, and according to China Academy of Railway Sciences High-speed Railway Track Technology State Key Laboratory, China Railway Inspection and Certification Center’s successful application experience of national rail transit test institutions such as railway construction inspection stations, has optimized the combined design of microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo loading technology and electro-hydraulic pulsating fatigue loading technology. It’s the latest research and development with high efficiency, high precision, high reliability, ultra-high performance. It’s also energy-saving, environmentally friendly railway fastener system performance test equipment.


This is system is mainly used in the laboratory for static stiffness, buckling pressure, longitudinal resistance and fatigue performance tests of high-speed railways, ordinary speed railways, and urban rail transit fastening assembly systems, static, dynamic stiffness, and fatigue of under-rail pads (elastic cushions) test, screw anchor test and other items.

1 set of test force measurement and data acquisition system

1 set of dynamic and static stiffness displacement measurement sensors

1 set of tools ( Direct displacement measurement method of 4 points)
