TBTEMC-1A is made for preparing specimen which used to do Marshall stability test.
It is a standard compactor for forming cylinder specimen of Φ101.6mm×63.5mm or Φ152.4mm×95.3mm used in standard Marshall test and indirect tensile test (split method).

It is a standard compactor for forming cylinder specimen of Φ101.6mm×63.5mm or Φ152.4mm×95.3mm used in standard Marshall test and indirect tensile test (split method).
1. The instrument is a floor-standing structure, consisting of a mechanical hammer and an electrical control box.
2. This instrument can be used for two purposes in one machine.
3. The electrical control box adopts single chip microcomputer and color LCD touch screen technology.
4. Automatic hammer lifting, which reduces the work intensity for the operator & simplifies the work procedure.
5. Adopting the mechanism of fixing the test mold sleeve by the pressure ring, the test mold is not easy to move, more stable, and reduces the experimental error.
6. A hammer-changing wrench device. When the heavy hammer needs to be replaced, the hammer-changing operation can be carried out more conveniently.
7. Automatic emergency stop button, and the instrument can stop working by pressing the emergency stop button at any time.
