TBTXY-170 Asphalt Gyratory Compactor is used to determining the compaction performance of asphalt mixture.
It is one of the best options for the assessment of compactibility and physical properties of test specimens, such as emulsified asphalt and cold recycled asphalt mixture.
The compaction process is achieved by automatic control method, by combining the rotary action and the vertical resultant force applied by a mechanical head.

2. Electro-pneumatic servo control system and touch screen controller;
3. Quick setting for gyration angle, compaction pressure, speed etc.;
4. Curve of angle, pressure, speed etcs can display in real time;
5. Support connect to PC and data export via USB port;
6. Integrated specimen extruder;
7. Support diameter 150mm or diameter 100mm moulds;
8. Siemens geared motor, SMC solenoid valve, Panasonic frequency converter.
