Automatic Asphalt Mixture Mixer

TBTDW-30 adopts advanced design, rigid structure and touch screen controller.

Its 30liter large capacity mixing chamber can be used to produce samples for performing tests of Marshall stability, gyratory compaction, slab compaction for wheel tracker etc.

It is essential that the preparation of a bituminous mixture is carried out at a reference temperature and a limited time period in order to reduce mechanical degradation of the aggregates.

1. Industrial touch screen controller can display the temperature, time and speed in real time, easy operation;

2. The mixing temperature can reach 200℃, which meets the cold/warm/hot mixing required temperature;

3. The temperature sensor monitors the mixing temperature in real time and the control accuracy is ±5°C;

4. Stepless speed mixing paddle for different aggregate gradations and modified asphalts mixing requirements;

5. Horizontal structure design mixing pot adopts motorized tilting system, it can be rotated up to 130° for convenient feeding and discharging.
