1. It is equipped with a high-precision temperature sensor, and the temperature of the working room is controlled by a temperature controller. It adopts "fuzzy PID" control, which has the advantages of smaller temperature overshoot, faster stabilization time, and better temperature control accuracy;
2. The main body is sprayed with plastic, and the working room is made of stainless steel;
3. The heating device is a flat electric heating wire, without open flame, evenly distributed, and fully controlled heating elements to ensure high-speed response, and the loss of heat conduction and radiation is very low. At the same time, the heating is uniform through convection through the upper and lower air ducts;
4. The left side of the oven is the electrical control part, and the variable speed motor ensures that the turntable speed is 5.5±1r/min;
5. The working room is equipped with a lighting lamp for outdoor observation;
6. The timing device can cut off the heating at the end of the test to ensure that the specimen is not over-aged.
