Internal Angle Measurement Apparatus

TBTXY-C-TOOL is suitable for precise measurement and calibration of the inner angle of the TBTXY series gyratory compactor. This method comprises two individual values: angle between cylinder and top plate and angle between cylinder and bottom plate.

1. It can quickly and accurately measure the internal angle of the gyratory compactor, and the measurement time is less than 30 minutes;

2. No hot mix required, just place apparatus into the mould, it reproduces the internal shearing forces generated by the hot mix during compaction;

3. Easy and fast angle adjustment, and can be quickly calibrated;

4. Display the detailed angle of each circle, see the waveform diagram for details;

5. Real-time changes in rotation speed can be observed;

6. Battery operated with automatic power off for more than five minutes without any operation.
