Automatic Softening Point Tester (Ring and Ball Tester)

TBT-2806GW is designed and made referring to ASTM D36 Standard Test Method for Softening of Bitumen (Ring-and-Ball Apparatus).

It is suitable to determine softening point of petroleum asphalt, coal pitch, liquid petroleum asphalt and various asphalts.

1. The heating rate is in accuracy for 5±0.5℃/min;

2. Good temperature uniformity via magnetic stirring;

3. Fully automatic measurement and record test data;

4. Two samples can be tested simultaneously without affecting each other;

5. Temperature correction and temperature compensation parameters are set to ensure that the temperature display is consistent with the temperature measurement of the thermometer during the heating process;

6. It can be used for softening point detection in both low and high temperature sections;

7. Build in printer for printing test report.
