The closed-loop servo control system which is composed of electric controller, servo valve, loading sensor, displacement sensor, extensometer and computer, can automatically & accurately control test process, automatically measure test parameters such as testing force, displacement, deformation, torque, and angle etc .
The testing machine canachieve sinuidal, triangle-wave, square-wave, sawtooth-wave,negtive-sawtooth wave, pulse-wave and other waveforms, can perform tensile, compression, bending, low-cycle & high-cycle fatigue tests. An environmental chamber can be configured to perform environmental simulation tests at different temperatures.
The testing machine operation is flexible & convenient. Cross-head lifting, locking and sample clamping are all operated by button. Thanks to advanced hydraulic servoloading technology, high-precision dynamic loading sensor and high-resolution magnetostrictive displacement sensor, the machine measuretesting force and displacement automatically. Fully digital measurement & control system enables PID control for force, deformation and displacement, and achieve smoothly switch between each others. The testing software run under WINDOWS XP / Win7 with powerful data processing ability, can automatically save, display and print test conditions and results.

Servo Actuator details:
1, Max. test force: matching with each model no.
2, Max. stroke: ±100mm (total stroke 200mm)
3, Specialized dynamic servo actuator suitable for dynamic & static tests.
4, Dual piston-rod. Piston-rod surface is treated by special process to get a high finish effect which is suitable for long-term dynamic testing.
5, High-speed sealing units (Germany Servo Gly Ring, Ster Seal) are used to seal piston & cylinder, piston rod & end cover. Benefit from high-speed wear-resistant anchored ring (Germany ) support, the actuator get good rigidity and strong resistance to direction finding.
6, With built-in displacement sensor, external electro-hydraulic servo valve & loading sensor, there exists 2 closed-loop control loops of loading and displacement.
7, The loading sensor is at top of piston rod, and equipped with prestressed ring, it fully ensure connection safety & reliability for dynamic test.
8, Hydraulic shock absorber is installed at the limit position of actuator amplitude to avoid damage caused by running out of control.
Sensors details:
1, Loading sensor: Imported from US for tension & compression bidirectional fatigue, max. loading ±350kN, with 150% overloading bearing capacity. Coordinated with control system, indication error ±1%. The sensor is calibrated before leaving factory.
2, Displacement sensor: Imported from US, magnetic hysteresis non-contact displacement sensor, effective range (max. displacement) ±100mm, coordinated with control system, indication error: ±0.5%FS. The sensor is calibrated before leaving factory.
3, Servo valve: imported from US, double valve parallel used for 300KN actuator, single valve flow 63L/min, pressure 21Mpa, total flow 120L/min for double valve. The servo valves are installed on mounting block to integrate with actuator.

Constant pressure Servo power source
1, Constant pressure servo pumping stations is installed in a pumping room, hydraulic oil is lead close to main engine by pipe, connect to servo actuator by the way of hose line-oil separator-hose line.
2, The pumping station is a modular designed standard pumping station. Theoretically, it can be cascaded into a large pumping station with any flow, so it has good scalability and flexible use.
3, Total flow 42L/min, pressure 21Mpa. (Can be adjusted according to test requirements)
4, The total power is 22kW, 380V, three-phase, 50hz, AC.
5, The pumping station is designed & manufactured according to standard modular design, equipped with a relay voltage stabilizing module, it’s connected with actuator.
6, The pump station is composed of oil pump, motors, high & low pressure switching valve groups, accumulators, oil filters, oil tanks and piping systems etc..
7, There are 3-stage for filtration system: oil pump suction muzzle of accuracy 100μ, oil source outlet of 3μ, relay voltage regulator module of 3μ.
8, The oil pump is internal gear pump from German Telford, which adopts involute internal gear meshing transmission with low noise and excellent durability and long life.
9, The oil pump motor is equipped with a vibration damping device (damping pad) to reduce vibration and noise.
10, Adopts high & low pressure switch valve group to start and stop hydraulic system.
11, Fully enclosed standard servo oil tank with volume not less than 260L, it has functions of temperature measurement, air filtration, and oil level display.
