TBT-0722A Automatic Asphalt Extractor is designed and made as per GB/T0722-1993 and ASTM D2172 Standard Test Method for Bitumen Content of Bituminous Mixture and Test Methods for Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.
It is suitable to determine bitumen content (bitumen-mineral aggregate ratio) in the bituminous mixture, which is made of viscous petroleum bitumen, by the centrifuge separation method. It is an ideal instrument for pavement construction units, detection unit, scientific research institutions and colleges.

2. Micro-processing technology, with LCD touch screen which is easy to operate.
3. Includes of three main parts: Sieving, Centrifuge extracting, Solvent recovery;
4. The solvent(Trichlorethylene) is used in closed-circuit circulation and has little pollution to the environment.
5. Unique high-low-high speed extraction setting makes the collection of fine mineral powder more complete and the test results more reliable.
